For example, we may share your email with a company such as Constant Contact or Mailchimp who may send you data about our spa. You may opt out at any time. We may receive information from various social media sources such as Facebook or Instagram as part of marketing in order to provide and improve services for you. We may share information with third parties when it is practical, and this sharing will be limited in scope. The information we may share will depend on the nature of our interaction. 

The Wave Mind Spa will not identify spa or coaching clients without consent. The Wave Mind Spa does not intend to sell your data. 

The website was created with “GoDaddy.” GoDaddy is responsible for their actions and is independent from The Wave Mind Spa.  The Mind Spa is not responsible for any issues created by GoDaddy.

Payment data is stored when you are purchasing a monthly, renewable membership. There are also times when clients agree to store credit card information onsite or on the website for ease of use.
